EAFC24 vouchers that comes with the bundles have the dual entitlement option? or it is just the PS5 version for what it seems it only allows you to own the PS5 version not the PS4

You would need to contact the retailer the bundle was purchased from to see if they are also issuing the PS4 version.

The digital version of FC 24 on PS5 and PS4 both come with dual entitlement. If you bought the physical version for PS5, it's possible the retailer is not providing the PS4 disc as well. More details can be found here.
@EA_AljoHi yes but that is for the PSN store digital purchases however the Voucher code will only allows you to download the PS5 version of it when you go to the PSN store after redeeming the code it ask to pay for the PS4 version.
Community ManagerIf you purchased through the PSN store, you should still have access to the PS4 version. Did you also try logging in to the store in a web browser to see if you can initiate the download of it from there?
@EA_AljoThis was a voucher game code that came with the PS5 console not a digitlal purchase.

They don't know but it is just the same as the PS5 game discs that only allows you to have the PS5 not the PS4 version.
So I purchased a ps5 with fifa download code. I’ve downloaded the ps5 version and want to download the ps4 version on my ps5. As you can see it’s ps4 and ps5 download but when I click to download the ps4 version it wants me to pay for it. This doesn’t seem right does it?
