Elite toty pack giving gold loans instead of TOTY

I just bought the pack in EAFC named Elite toty pack that guarantees picks from toty loan and I receive gold players. I want to clarify as you can see in the screenshots that I opened the pack minute...

I also received gold players out of my toty loan player picks but I bought the 250k pack which had 2
