Elite toty pack giving gold loans instead of TOTY

I just bought the pack in EAFC named Elite toty pack that guarantees picks from toty loan and I receive gold players. I want to clarify as you can see in the screenshots that I opened the pack minute...

This also happened to me, however i did open it at 17:57 just before toty left packs, ive contacted the ea help chat also but cant seem to help, i just want my coins back now as its been 3 weeks without ea even looking into this FRAUDULANT pack

Agreed. This is misadvertised.

Without the toty loans, the value is significantly lower. Now it is later in the game cycle.

Coins back would be fine, or the actual loans.
