I buy ea fc 24 on epic games launcher then i linked my account to the ea app. But my game doesn't seen on ea library. I can't download it or do anything about it.

Could be that you have logged into a secondary account rather than the one your account is linked to.
Try logging out and then testing any email account you have to see what happens.
