Thanks Barry! Definitely didn’t make 3 already to get the same automated messages. All of those claims againsted me literally do not exist. There isn’t proximity chat nor have so messaged anyone because it’s an EA ban. Barry this is ridiculous because what’s to stop this from happening again. False offense and ontop of that there is no real support team. How are u gonna accuse someone than not show evidence because they do not have to disclose. Well I’m trying to figure out why I got banned and why nobody in EA knows why

Is it a surprise from a company who try to deny scripting exists even though we could post millions of clips of it happening. EA is a joke.

Barry, how would it be possible to resolve issues like this if the support team does not actually exist? I have a hard time believing they actually do investigations considering my case. I have been playing games on EA for years and never had this issue. Its very frustrating when emailing customer support is the equivalent to talking to a brick wall.

rip its over for me I guess, I enjoyed this game since 2012 but I've noticed the sharp decline for a while now. I'm honestly just amazed with the amount of money they make to have at least a real support team XD. Time to move on

the conclusion is to only buy a Battlefield game once it's fixed and on sale for £7.49p all-in, and don't worry about missing the Seasons & Store items because you may loose it all anyway, daymn after 2 years it will run on a second hand PC, save yourself !
