I hope they revamp the objectives system!
As a career mode player who only signs players with real faces due to realism, having the youth objective be critical in a manager career is bad for me..It will literally stop me from being a team I’d otherwise want to be, hopefully they change that in FC24, maybe the ability to negotiate an objective status or maybe swap it with something else?
I agree with you. We all have our different preferences, when playing the game. I really enjoy the development of youth, so when I get the objective to sign three crucial players in one season, it really contradicts how I would really prefer to build my squad over time.
Years ago you had influence in regards to these objectives, and the amount of money you would get to transfers also reflected these things. I would really like if one had some control or at least influence in regards to if you want a fast-paced career with a lot of money and difficult objectives, or if one wants a slower build with less money assigned, but also with a bigger patrience from the board not to go for the top results in the opening seasons.
