FC 24 crashes after launch on pc

my game just started crashing since yesterday after launching it. there was a pop-up message that my previous game play did not save properly that I should choose a path to save either on EA fc24 cloud or something or i should save it on my pc. as this is the first time, I am seeing this I was confused to which one to choose and I choose EA cloud but since then the game is crashing after the first logo load, I cannot even load my setting save the screen will just be black and app will close. assist me with this. thanks
