FC24 Cannot Launch (Force Close)

force close when the anti-cheat process is complete and you want to go to full screen.

what I have done:
1. Update Windows
2. Update Nvidia / Gforce Driver
3. Run as administrator & set compatibility mode "Windows 8"
4. Windows Security (Add Exclusion, Windows Firewall allows apps
5. Update Direct X and C++
6. In settings, I have added apps in Graphics Settings
7. I have added the Nvidia Control panel too.
8. and I have verified everything on Steam

I have tried to do everything since the start of FC24 launching, September 29
