FC24 PC Laggy gameplay - My specs: 2080ti, i9-9900k.

I am experiencing lag in game FC24, I am playing from PC my specs are: 
Asus Strix 2080ti graphic card, i9-9900k processor.

I had lag on Fifa23 also but it happend in the middle of the season of the game, from then I am experiencing lag, I lower the graphic but it is the same, it is not the PC that is making the game Laggy.

I would be very thankfully if anyone can help me out identify the problem.
