I have problem with my FC24 points.
The points section instead ultimate team doesn’t exist. I have tried reinstalling the game, relogin and even tried different PlayStation but I still have the problem.
I also have purchased points from PlayStation store however I didn’t received it in my ultimate team.

@ridaab11For FC points, if less than 24 hours have passed since purchase, you must wait 24 hours. and make sure to restart your console. If points are still missing after this period, please contact EA Support.
It’s been weeks. I did that purchase to see if it will work but it didn’t.
the main issue here is that the points section inside Ultimate team doesn’t exist (I can’t purchase points from the game)
Any idea of how I can get the points section inside the game appears?
If you can see in top next to ( previewed ) there’s no FC points section
I can’t buy FC24 points

Community ManagerCan I please confirm if your console and your PSN account have the same region settings? I've seen similar cases in the past where players were actually using PSN store accounts registered in a different country. Since the PSN store is region blocked this may be causing the problem.
Can you tell me how I can check that please?
