No one should be able to skip.
I can't skip opponents.
I think what you might be seeing is when others skip their own celebrations to go right back to kick off. You might have thought that you were doing it when infact it was them deciding to skip their own.

Very offten after my goal i don't press any button but my celebration is skipped.
In same time with opponent celebration is all ok
No one has ever skipped my celebration. Only me If I decide to.

I have the same problem. I have to watch the whole opponent's celebration after goal and mine is just skipped. Perfect game..
