Hi can anyone please tell me if they have been sanctioned,and had your coins taken away because you have genuinely brought and sold players on the transfer market on Fc 24

What this means

We have confirmed that your account was involved in Ultimate Team™ Coin distribution. Coin distribution is against our rules. Because of this, we will not restore the deleted content to your EA SPORTS FC™ Account.

You break our rules if you:
• Engage in coin distribution
• Buy Coins
• Sell Coins

We review trades in the Ultimate Team™ Transfer Market to make sure they’re fair and follow our rules. We do this by comparing the value of the item to the current value of the item in the Transfer Market to see if any extra value is being traded. This lets us know if there has been any Coin selling, buying, and/or distribution, which breaks our rules and goes against our User Agreement.

We review each account manually when we check this. Our review of your account showed that your account was flagged for breaking our rules. We didn’t find any sign that your account was hacked. Because of this, we’ve confirmed that your behavior went against our User Agreement and that your account was sanctioned correctly.

Remember that the details of EA's logic and means of detection is a protected trade secret, disclosure of which could inure to EA's detriment as it could be used by others in an attempt to avoid detection in the future.

@Leeroy8977 Hi mate - you are in the wrong board for starters - this is FC Mobile, you want FC24 … I’ll shift the post for you.

Also - for locked or banned accounts you need to contact the terms of service team - there is nothing we can do on the boards.

my account is not locked or on a ban, they just sanctioned me and took all of my coins.

  Same happened to me for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Made 2-3K profit per player. How can they take my coins like that?
