Help can't login to fut with security code

Help I am in the game but can't login to fut using my security code provided by email on my xbox anyone knows what's going on? Tried to login on webapp when it came out but got on playstation version instead since I played fifa 23 on ps5 but this doesn't have to stop me from playing on xbox does it since i bought the ultimate edition on xbox now I can't get into fut? Please help
