Recently, I completed the 87+ Hero SBC with high hopes of obtaining an 87+ rated player. However, to my disappointment, I received an 86+ rated player instead. Despite this discrepancy, I have not received any form of compensation for the error. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I would appreciate it if you could look into the issue and provide the compensation I am entitled to as per the terms of the SBC. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
