I often play FC in windowed mode while working, and every time I press ALT + TAB or click outside the game window, the game automatically pauses. I really don’t want this to happen, even though I have set the game to borderless window mode. Is there any way to turn off this auto-pause feature or any configuration to stop this from happening ?

How about rather than posting this you post the frigging answer. The fact this is 3 weeks old, multiple people have asked for a fix for this and you ignored it... you shouldn't be in the job you're in.
