I’m assuming it’s the same as others years you have to actually log in on your console can’t be accessed on web app, so will have to wait untill Friday unfortunately
I would like some help as soon as possible, as my friends do not have this issue because they bought their game from EA whilst I bought mine from steam. I bought the Ultimate Version from steam a while ago, however when I logged into the web app today I hadn't recieved my 4600 points, however my friends did & when I go into steam now it says "Coming Sep 29, 2023" instead of "Coming Sep 22, 2023" and when I go into the EA app the game isn't there anymore, however it was there before.
I bought the ultimate edition in steam too. but in ea it is showing standard edition. Then how can i get the EAFC ultimate team benefits.
yeah I have this exact same problem, now it says I have the Standard Edition and not the Ultimate Edition it's so sad how rich this company is yet they have these kinds of problems, you can't even contact their support it's so buggy too.
