Hello @XashG,
if you bought EA FC 24 for PSN, but want to play it on PC now, you will have to buy the game for PC as well, as the game cannot be transferred from one platform to another. It also doesn't feature cross progression, so if you buy the game on PC, you will be starting the game from zero on that platform.
