Problem is the region. I change the region (brazil) solved problem. You can try it.

@EA_Shepard it still does not work it says invalid on the ea app and on steam it says its already redeemed
I'm in the UK and it's saying not available in your region. Is this correct? Can we not claim it if in the UK?
