I can’t load into a ultimate team game

Whenever I try to load into a ultimate team game, a clubs drop in game or a friendly in ultimate team this message pops up and I have deleted it and re-download ed it, closed my game and restarted my Ps5 but nothing works. Can you help by any chance please and thankyou.

    I moved your post from the FIFA 22 forums to FC 24. As far as your issue goes, do you have Ada Hegerberg  in your lineup? If so, remove her for now and that should resolve this.

    removing  Ada Hegerberg worked for me , thank you , 

    but how this card buged the whole game ?

    @oggyone06 

    It bugged your lineup so if that lineup is used in any mode, you'll have that same issue.
