I GOT BANNED FOR NOTHING

i got xbox game pass 6 days ago, made an ea account 5 days ago and played fc24 for 10 hours only since then before i got banned outta no where yesterday, i checked all the web pages all disscussions youtube vids nothing helped sent 3 E-MAILS TO ea PLAYER HELP SERVICES one got declined and sent me an auto response that:

1- did not mention why was i even banned

2- when will the ban be removed

3- did not even tell me what terms did i violate if i did even so like it just said u might have violeted this or this and then told me that the ban is correct somehow

and the second e-mail was in progress for like 18h or smth and the 3rd one is still not even taken its not in progress

THE CRAZY PART THAT WHEN YOU GO TO "MY BAN HISTORY" IN MY ACCOUNT AND CHECK THE BAN REASON ITS EMPTY ITS BLANK SPACE NOTHING AS SHOWN IN THE FILE 

keep in mind that until now i tried to reach all possible help services they have and this post is my last one i really hope my account gets unbanned cuz god knows i did NOTHING i just wanted to play pro club with my friend and in case u might say we said bad words or smth we did not we called via discord and ingame voice was muted already.

i have a suspicion thought that this might be due to an error with Microsoft's authentication servers that are connected to xbox that is connected to game pass subscribiton that is connected to ea that is connected to fc24 the Microsoft's authentication servers were down yesterday at the same time i got banned which i think was because of a problem that maybe ea couldnt authorize my account since the servers they had to get the authorization from was down which even if got me banned i still dont have anything to do with it

i just want my account back hope someone can help me with this.
