I tried this multiple times already but they wont help. The 'research team' only says that coins have been transferred so they claim to have done the right thing by banning me. Isnt there a way to contact someone who can actually help me?
Community ManagerThere is no one you can talk to, unfortunately. ToS does a thorough investigation of the account, but you're welcome to submit another dispute. You can do this up to 3 times.
