Knowing that Colombia won the semi-finals against Uruguay, I have noticed that Luis Diaz didn't get his semi-finals evolution

He's not the only one - there's several Argentina players who should be five star / five star and who are still four start / five star, as well as Uruguay and Colombia players who haven't received the same upgrades as their European counterparts.

It would be easy to assume that with the promo pretty much over upgrades ain't leading to pack sales meaning they get shoved down the list...
Looks like the upgrades have been applied.
