Ingame 3 letters screen name offensive but cant report it

Question

Having reported ingame that a club name is offensive, I got the email back saying "we have taken no further action"

However - the CLUB NAME itself was something stupid like "Mcdonalds" BUT ingame the 3 letters they use on screen all the time IS bad.

There doesn't seem any way to contact EA about this. The link you community people send does NOT lead to anyone that you can either chat or Email, it is a dead end, which you probably know.

Please can anyone tell me how I actually report something offensive that a person will look at properly?

The link you provide as far as I can see, only allows me to report the club name in game, which is what I already did.

I need a way of reporting the 3 letter shortened abreviated name that is ON SCREEN ALL THE TIME WHEN YOU PLAY - this is much more annoying and offensive.

Please can you detail how I report this as there does not appear to be any way to do this using the ingame system or the link you provide.
