have the same problem,its unplayable.
100% not router and internet problems
Yeah I'm running out of options as well, tried re-installing the game and verifying integrity of game files with no luck, tried like 8 different driver updates as well. Literally unplayable, hope it gets fixed soon. If I manage to somehow fix the problem I'll let you know.
