Is it possible to transfer my FUT team over from PS4 to PS5?

1. With backwards compatibility on the PS5: You can play physical or digital PS4 games on the PS5. (All PS4, PS5 details mentioned on this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6Qmm8HEuLc)
2. With same PSN & EA account, you can play FUT on PS4 and PS5. Your team/coins will be same.
