I('m assuming you were part of the beta, which has been over for several days now. If you want to play the game, you will have to order and wait for the release of the full version now.

Community Managerno, the release is on the 29th of September, with early access starting 7 days before then.
some are already playing the game now on Twitch and YT.
@jimmarshallThey can't be. They have shown off some clips from when they had access to the beta assuming they did but that's it.as the game's not available till the 29th 22nd if you have Ultimate. A lot of vids I've seen that have said FC 24 on them have been fake as in their vids are of Fifa 23 modded to make it look like it's FC24.I can tell because FC24' s graphics in EA's marketing look way different to the mods
7 days for me dude, life sucks, but EA and EA help suck way worse, EA is thee Worst.

If you're talking about FC 25, then not having access to the game is normal right now as the beta ended in August and the game won't be out until later this month - 20th for Early Access, 27th for worldwide launch.
If you're talking about FC 24 and server issues with that game, please open a new thread.
