Keyboard instead of Xbox gamepad

I have an xbox gamepad. I do every operation with it while the game is opening. I'm browsing the menus. I even play matches sometimes. But most of the time, as soon as the match starts, the keyboard is activated instead of the gamepad. I close the game completely and try again. Sometimes the gamepad is active and sometimes the keyboard is active. This is exactly what happens when I start the match. I have used this arm and other models for years. This year has become very annoying. I tried things like drivers, cables. I am already a computer technical service personnel. When I want to play games outside of work, I cannot enjoy it at all. In fact, most of the time this indicator shows the keyboard. When it shows this, I can sometimes play Mac with the gamepad. Sometimes I can't play.
