Low FPS on set pieces ie corners, freekicks goal kicks and cutscenes. PC

I am experiencing low unplayable FPS when I have a set piece in online and offline games across all game modes.

This first occured when the game came out initially and after the first patch release this issue was resolved and the game ran perfectly.

Upon the release of the most recent patch which i installed on 14/10/23 the game has now again become unplayable the low FPS on cutscenes and set pieces online caused the game to skip ahead once the set piece has played out, however during the action i cannot even aim in the animation.

My PC runs a GTX 1650 with 16GB of RAM on Windows 10 with all graphics driver updated. As previously stated the game ran fine after the first patch was released so i have no concern that my PC is unable to run the game as i have evidenced it can.

I have raised a case for this but isn't gaining much traction and would be great if a developer is able to look at this issue personally as I have purchased a game i literally cannot play.
