Missing game data

Question

I've been playing player career mode in fc24 on Steam for over a year now. I've recently build a new PC and reinstalled the game on my new PC. However when i launched the game, a message came up stating ea was unable to connect to my online data and prompted me whether i want to use local data. Since it is a new PC I do not have any local data of the game yet. So i clicked no and proceed with the game. The game then prompted me to create a new profile. So I did. If i had not done so i would not have been able to enter the game. However in i opened player career mode all my saved games are gone.

How do I recover my ea online data so i can continue with my perviously saved game profiles?

Hey seiginaamu​,
Unfortunately career saves are stored locally in FC 24, not online. If you still have access to your old PC you can try to copy them over to your new PC, but unfortunately otherwise you'll need to start with a fresh career save.

I do have access to my old PC.&nbsp; may I know the address or location of the saved files so I can retrieve it.&nbsp; Thanks

Try copying over the FC 24 folder in your Documents folder. That should have your saves in it too.

I did that. nothing happens. It still ask me to create a new profile.&nbsp;

Maybe a silly question: if you go to your Documents/FC 24/settings file, do you see your career saves there, on either the new or old PC? All of your saves should be in there for FC 24.
