no EA support, only the bot works

A week ago in the EA FC 24 game I received a transfer market ban for breaking the rules. All my trading activities were related to normal market fluctuations. I have been a loyal player for 6 years, I have spent a lot of money not only on the game itself but also on FIFA points. In return for my honesty, I was called a fraud and a coinseller. It's not the first time that ea's broken algorithm singled out someone and blocked their account. In this edition, many people have already been accused of trading on cards with evolutions that suddenly increased.
I asked Ea to indicate which actions are against their regulations. A dozen or so e-mails and established cases, and only a reply from the bot that they uphold the decision, but there is no evidence!
In real life, if someone is convicted in the courtroom, evidence of the crime is presented. Here, EA is unable to provide evidence of my guilt, so the accusations are baseless!

At the same time, dishonest players:
-they use autobuyer programs!
-they freely transfer millions of coins on many cards (including Kerr Nike)
-they brag about using the glitch for an unlimited number of packages, which happened a month ago
What does ea do with dishonest players? Absolutely nothing!

However, normal, honest people are treated badly. Will you get an expensive replacement card from the package? Don't be too happy, because after the sale you won't like the EA algorithm and you will receive a transfer market block that EA won't do anything about... ☹️
