Not able to log into companion app on mobile

I get an error message saying i have to be logged in to the profile whilst logging in on the mobile app. Tried being online both on console and on computer, but still doesnt work. I have used the correct password, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no good use. Any help? 🙂
