Online service disabled on your account due to parental control

We have the exact same issue. My 9 year old just wants to play ultimate team and he can't. Surely we should be allowed to at least overrule the restriction as a parent if we choose to let them play. This is crazy and my son just isn't interested in playing without ultimate team.
