Overturn Status

I purchased and played a FIFA title for the first time in my life a couple of months ago. When I first played, I noticed a weird error that stated I couldn't connect to online servers. After some research, I found out my account had an active FIFA ban. This totally caught me by surprise as I had never played any title beforehand. To add to this, the ban occurred in the middle of last July, which makes no sense because I had not been active whatsoever during that period. Naturally, I submitted a ban appeal around the last mid-November. It took nearly a month and a half for any sort of change to that ticket. The only change that occurred was the status of the ticket changing to "Overturn" a few days ago. Initially, I thought this meant I was finally unbanned, however, when I checked my account status again the ban is still active. It's been a few days since then and I'm not sure what this status means or if I can reach out to anyone but it has been almost two months and I've put over 100 hours on the game already through just offline services so I obviously enjoy the game which makes it even worse that I cannot access anything online.
