PC cheats in champs

I'm a disabled gamer and unfortunately I am not able to use a console so 90% of the time I am matched against other PC players in champs qualifiers and I don't have the luxury of turning off crossplay.

When I match against most PC players (around 95%) I find that my gameplay is completely different.  I cannot green time anything, my players run, pass and shoot slower, only about 1 in 10 shots is on target and my keeper acts completely insane unable to stop anything.  And on top of all that my opponents players play like they have 99 stats in everything.

A quick Google search for EA FC 24 cheats will show you the most active cheats, can you guys please look at them and figure out how to stop PC cheaters for good.
