Player Career Mode - Transfers, Loans, and Loan to Buy

Yes, Player Career mode gamers have been waiting for our players to be treated like Alex Hunter when it comes to Transfers.

In the latest version of the game (23), if you have a player in any league below the top tier, the chances of being picked up in a transfer are very low. Given that within a single season, the wonderkid's breakout season (69 to 88!), the transfer system needs to be focused on player quality (i.e. centered on the gamer's player) and not on the tiered methods currently used. By tiered method, I mean that if you are in say, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, India, Romania, English 1 or 2, etc., the chances of getting a transfer offer are slim or none. Even if you play the character for three years in the same league... no one will touch him. Also, Loans should not send players to countries where the teams are finished with their seasons (looking at Argentina...)

Given that the gamer's player is an enticing, up and coming "Has Great Potential or An Excellent Prospect" youngster. And the better teams have great scouting organizations, the EAFC should use this "Alex Hunter" approach. When a player gets to certain milestones (mid-season, end of season, or end of contract), team could start showing interest. Lose the 'tiered" methods. Just because a player is on an Irish doesn't mean he can only be approached by a league up one step (in overall star ratings).

In EAFC24 Player Career Mode, will the Transfer and wage "system" be replaced with a system that is focused on the player and includes Transfers, Loans, and Loan to Buy options? These offers should include a negotiation routine like Manager Mode.
