I posted this a week ago with no reply from EA:
Hi EA,
Can you please fix this terrible behaviour of bad sportsmanship (and cry babies) that quit games at a draw?
I was playing rivals and was losing 0-2, came back to 2-2 at the 60th minute mark and my cry baby opponent quit the match.
Please make it so that if your opponent quits at any point in the game, no matter what the score is, it is an automatic win for the person who didn't quit! - RRRovers2 years agoSeasoned Ace
The community has been requesting this for at least the past 5 to 7 years. EA refuses to implement for whatever reason.

@GSM350 Someone just did this in the first half, my opponent was PSG, they scored first against the run of play, I equalised and the opponent quit. I got a win for it but I would rather have a win based on merit, rather than the game being thrown.
I don't understand why people quit when you score 1 goal against them or equalise to draw. Why do these people play the game???
I'm not saying that I don't quit games. If I am well beaten, outplayed with no chance of coming back, then I'd happily quit the game, take a loss and move onto another opponent that might be at my skill level. I would never quit before the end of the first half, even if I was getting beat 4-0 at half time. I've seen too many opponents come back from that type of scoreline and I've done the same myself.
I've had a few people quit in the second half when I've came back and scored a goal to take the lead and not had the win for it. EA needs to nip this in the bud or have a function where you can report that player. The only option on the game to report the player is to report the players name as offensive.

Sadly EA don't care, they tried to reply one time with some asinine comment how they couldn't determine the person quit the game...which makes no sense
this has happened to me so many times it’s ridiculous
