Player quit after penalty and red card

This player quit at 4-4 at 84th minute when he conceded red card and penalty.
Why should he able to pause the game ?

I posted this a week ago with no reply from EA:
Hi EA,
Can you please fix this terrible behaviour of bad sportsmanship (and cry babies) that quit games at a draw?
I was playing rivals and was losing 0-2, came back to 2-2 at the 60th minute mark and my cry baby opponent quit the match.
Please make it so that if your opponent quits at any point in the game, no matter what the score is, it is an automatic win for the person who didn't quit!
The community has been requesting this for at least the past 5 to 7 years. EA refuses to implement for whatever reason.
