Playstation 5 eafc bundle
Hi EA, recently i bought a new Playstation 5 eafc bundle and the eafc is not entitlement for the PS4 version.
Is there any method that I can get the dual entitlement?

Please note that some physical stores also sell PS5-only packaged products which will be playable only on a PlayStation 5 console. You can find more information on dual-entitlement here on our website.
Check the info on the box to make sure it mentions also the PS4 version of the game and restore licenses if it does to help re-sync your account.
