Prime Gaming Rewards Issue

Actually i used to play FIFA from FIFA 20 to FIFA 23 in PC and last year i have linked my EA PC account to prime gaming. But from this year i started playing EAFC in my PlayStation 5, But when i tried to change my Account from PC to PS5 there is no option for that in prime gaming. Now the new EAFC prime gaming rewards are linked to my PC account which i wont play... Please help me with this.
