Pro clubs play off matches - matches played

My club has played 15 matches but a team we played against quit as soon as we kicked off and it didn’t let us re do that game so we have 11 wins 3 loses (11-3) and it says we have played 15 matches. Ea should either give the clubs that have this problem a win or let us play another game
