Define better Internet?

France, Germany and even Sweden
have much better Internet than England. I have been playing Fifa my whole life
and have experienced this myself when I play against players from Germany
the game completly slows down. When I play against players from France
there response is a million times quicker.
France have invested 20 billion on their internet.

That still doesn't tally up. My win rate against those from France and Germany is extremely high. So that doesn't stack up.
Can I ask what Internet technology you use? ADSL, FTTC, FTTP, Cable, Satellite, Mobile?
Ethernet or WIFI ?
Where in England are you?
I have also played FIFA since day one on the Sega MegaDrive on FIFA International but that has nothing to do with this and before the Internet gaming age.

Is not about internet connection, it is about distance to datacenter.
Gigabyte connection has the same speed everywere.
france and Germany have better internet and better connection to ea servers
