Hi @nhatphong1712 If you bought the points from EA directly then you can contact EA Help for assistance at help.ea.com. They should be able to investigate the options available to you and would be best placed to provide assistance.

Unfortunately account and purchase issues cannot be resolved here on the forums as there isn't a security protocol to confirm account ownership.
