Re: EA SPORTS FC™ 24 game pre-load

Hi, so I got it through steam, same problem. 

Yea I bought the loyalty version yesterday on EA app and I am stuck in “preparing” when trying to download.  I’ve tried clearing the cache and running as admin and nothing.  Really frustrating how EA always seems to have some * up with just being able to play the damn game.  Idk what to do, might just ask for a refund. 

It's still processing payment, how can i fix that? I already have 6 cases open in that for 2 days, and isn't solved.

Ea direct support has a lot to improve, since live chat doesn't let choose console and there is no phone number to call.

Im waiting on emails and cases for 3 days now and its 3 days of game lost.

WTF EA!! what kind of company are you running?? I pre-ordered the game, order is at "processing"", i cant download this * game, it's stuck at preparing... i refunded the my order to buy a another coz "There may be an issue with your order status" What kind of Management is this??? Contacting you guys is sooo difficult!!! USING YOUR WEBSITE IS DIFFICULT AF!! IMPROVE EVERYTHING! THIS IS REALLY FRUSTATING!! NEED HELP!!

and how i can fix the problem? i cant ply my pre- order game after 8 day. i cant downloed it.
