I received an invalid code and I request EA investigate this, I received a closed beta code but it was invalid. EA Sports please send out new codes

Yes me too. New code needed.
You have to redeem the code on the account registered to the email. If you are redeeming it on a different account it won't work.
I try to same account nothing change.
Please elaborate, because my email account linked to my EA account is linked to my playstation account and I am unable to redeem on the playstation store. How would a playstation player redeem the code
I'm having the same issue through steam as it says its an invalid code.
Same for me, code was invalid when I got it and wouldn’t work on steam or ea. I’m redeeming it on the same profile I received it on so im not sure what the issue is.
