Re: EAFC24 ULTIMATE EDITION CDKEY

I purchased standard on CDKeys and it showed that the game was successful in downloading. My trial has finished and it is now 12:30am UK time and I still can not find the game in my library. The game key is good because it has shown that it was in my library on the EA app, so can I please have assistance? Can an official EA member confirm the activity performed on my account as they should be able to see me redeeming the product key?
