Completely fixed. by re-installation
1.Remove the cartridge.
2.Then go in and delete the game in manage software
3.Find FC24 and delete
4.Restart
5.Insert the cartridge
6.Download Update
7.Enjoy

Reinstalling worked for me. I first tried the PS4 version, then the PS5 version
