I tried this multiple times already but they wont help. The 'research team' only says that coins have been transferred so they claim to have done the right thing by banning me. Isnt there a way to contact someone who can actually help me?

There is no one you can talk to, unfortunately. ToS does a thorough investigation of the account, but you're welcome to submit another dispute. You can do this up to 3 times.
I already did this 3 times and they kept saying i was in the wrong

If you have submitted 3 disputes and ToS has declined to overturn the ban, that means after 3 thorough investigations, they could not find any evidence that the ban was not warranted. It'll need to remain in place.
But i got hacked?!? I didnt do anything wrong, so why am i suffering the consequences?
Isnt there anything else i can do?

If you have submitted 3 disputes and they still aren't reversing the ban, it means they didn't find evidence of what you're claiming. I'm very sorry, but it's not something I can help with.

I have got the same exact issue and twice it was declined. I just hate that we spend money and time on the game and nobody can help us.To take the money for packs is very easy for them but to sort and issue out, they just ignore and say they don’t find proof.
i am just sad that I actually enjoy the game but after things like these it makes you question if they care about their customers.
