@secrilent I understand your concern. First, please make sure she launches her Ultimate Team on her PS4. Sometimes there might be a slight delay for the points to reflect in the game. It's generally recommended to wait for up to 24 hours. Given that you've already waited and the points haven't appeared, I'd advise reaching out to the EA support team. They have the tools to verify her purchase and ensure the points are correctly added to her account. They will help resolve the issue with the missing FC Points.

    Hi, I bought 2800 points a week ago now, points still not on account I contacted ea but the email they tell you to reply to says it’s not monitored anymore and they just send you through the same things like send the email to that email account. Unable to speak to anyone and PlayStation has told me it’s an ea matter, unsure what to do now.
