I just emailed support with my grievance. Spits in the face of players who played a lot to prepare for TOTY. Something better get done or I’m out and won’t be back. Why spend your time and money on a game that an incompetent company doesn’t care about. Was excited to use my new cards from TOTY, guess everyone will just have better teams than me cause content team is braindead.
I agree, I opened the 86+ TOTY Leagues PP and got an 89 rated gold player worth less than 50,000. It isn't fair to us that the glitched pack gave a high percentage of people a 9 million coin card which puts everyone else at a serious disadvantage.
I have opened 500+ packs and got 0 toty. Did the 86+toty pick and got 3 86s is my account blacklisted. Ps I have never packed a promo player since the game has come out.

Im a player who plays every day at least 2 hours, made every single objective in this game, all time division 1 and 60-67 points weekend league. Opened over 500 packs for toty (most of them 83x10, 84x5) and got no single TOTY. Now you wanna tell me that every player who did this dammned player pick has a free TOTY Messi?!!!

If you are going to put up a SBC with heavily skewed odds of packing a 9 million coins card, you should give the same chance to everyone. Not to 30% of people.

EA most people got team of the year messi but I didn’t because you removed it so while most people hav a 9 milllion coins player I don’t so I think it’s fair that you give us compensation such as a 1 of 5 93+ team of the year

I honestly think this game is rigged I've spent so much during toty and have only pack the two goalkeepers the worst ones and they weren't even from store packs and now the fact that people who haven't even been playing the game for as long as I have are packing a Messi where you are garenteed to get him if you get a mls card is ridiculous.

How can a mistake like that happen? You just ruined the game for everyone! How can a casual player who actually have a job and a family and couldn't do the sbc as soon as everyone started shoutin there was an glitch move on from here? Me and a thousand other players just lost all motivation to play a game, every champions will be filled with messi abusers.
You have to do something or the game is lost for hundreds of thousands... how can anyone justify playing and BUYING PACKS when everyone else got a card that you would normally get a 1/10000000 chance of getting
