I packed Messi at the start of TOTY and I was so happy. 

I have never got such a big player before. 

After what happened with the monumental mistake yesterday EA needs to talk to us. 

If you look at futbin under toty Messi and the comments. The hate that is being displayed is shocking. 

People are talking about everyone leaving at 0-0, getting abusive messages. 

This is causing people great stress and anxiety with playing your game.

I know this will fall on deaf ears but you need to step up and somehow put this right. 

I know don't want to start my Messi as I know all I will get is abuse. This isn't right. 

We are a massive cash cow for you guys and this is not how you should be treating us
